14 Week Field Placements

Centennial’s Broadcasting Program is unique in the GTA as it is the only 3 year broadcasting program with a full-time 14 week semester-long internship. Centennial College Journal season underway

4th semester Broadcasting students unveiled this year’s version of The Journal, a live streamed half hour TV show featuring documentaries, music performances and more. Storyworks Client Based Production

When the Storyworks (Client Production) course started 2 years ago, this was the very first video that the students produced.  The Community Reading Project organization just contacted us recently to let us know how effective the video has been in connecting their community over the last two years. It was very touching for students to work on a project that had such an impact.

Steadicam Workshop

Students in the Broadcasting Program were thrilled to welcome Mike Heathcote, IATSE 667, Steadicam operator. Heathcote spent the day with senior students training and exploring how to rig and use Centennial’s Steadicam Pilots.
